Twenty-two motorists have been charged with DUI, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:

• Jason Michael Willits, 49, of 93 Edgewood Drive, Jersey Shore; state police on Interstate 180 West at the Maynard Street interchange in the city on Tuesday; also charged with fleeing police and three summary offenses; this was his third DUI offense.

• Eric Smallwood, 53, of 25oo Federal Ave., apartment 137; state police at Rural Avenue and Cemetery Street in Loyalsock Township on May 2; also charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and one other summary offense.

• Frank Schmery II, 52, of 116 Sunset Drive, Montoursville; Montoursville police at Fairview and Sunset drives on March 28; also charged with one summary offense.

• Kurtus James Fox, 39, of 829 W. Fourth St.. apartment 1W, state police on North Arch Street in Montoursville on March 9; also charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct for allegedly exposing himself to the state trooper, plus five summary offenses.

• Dakota Keith George, 30, of 1023 Mk Road, Muncy; state police following a crash at Route 442 and Maple Lane in Muncy Creek Township on March 8; also charged with two summary offenses.

• Volodymyr Lavryshyn, 20, of 96 Valley Heights Drive, city; Lycoming Regional police at Allegheny Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in Jersey Shore on March 8; also charged with disorderly conduct and eight summary offenses.

• Kendall Schriner, 27, of 114 N. Main St., apartment 2; Hughesville; state police following a crash on South Main Street in Hughesville on Feb. 28; also charged with two summary offenses.

• Briana Dedeaux, 29, of Gulf Fort, Mississippi; Lycoming Regional police in the 1100 block of Allegheny Street in Jersey Shore on Feb. 6; also charged with possession of marijuana.

• Jenna Lian Barnfield, 35, of 2523 Riverside Drive, South Williamsport; state police at West Southern Avenue and Beech Street in South Williamsport on Feb. 6; also charged with one summary offense.

• Kaden Jeffery Walker, 19, of 4479 Route 44 South, Jersey Shore; state police on Route 44 and Long Lane in Nippenose Township on Jan. 31; also charged with four summary offenses.

• Nicole Marie Cummings, 45, of 150 Bennardi Development Road, South Williamsport; state police in the 1900 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on Jan. 13; also charged with three summary offenses; this was her third DUI charge.

• Justin Nicole Fisher, 33, of 2940 Heshbon Road; state police on East Central Avenue in South Williamsport on Jan. 12; also charged with five summary offenses.

• Alex Matthew Brown, 37, of 230 W. Third St., apartment 36; state police at Second and Hepburn streets in the city on Jan. 10; also charged with one summary offense.

• Daniel James Guillaume, 20, of 154 Spring Road, Hughesville; state police following a crash in the 2300 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on Jan. 10; also charged with one summary offense.

• Devin Joseph Pennycoff, 32, of 71 Ridge Top Road, Cogan Station; state police in the 1600 block of Sheridan Street in Loyalsock Township about 1:15 a.m. on Jan. 1; also charged with three summary offenses.

• Amy Louise Thomas, 31, of 770 W. Fourth St., apartment 217; state police at West Fourth and William streets in the city on Dec. 28; also charged with two summary violations.

• Sha-had Lee Harris, 34, of 447 Wilson St.; state police at West Third and Maynard streets in the city on Dec. 25; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary offenses.

• Brent Matthew Taylor 47, of Denver, Lancaster County; South Williamsport police in the 700 block of Route 15.

• John Raymond Wagner, 79, of Mill Hall; Lycoming Regional police following a crash in the 10000 block of Route 44 in Cummings Township on Dec. 10; also charged with criminal mischief and one summary offense.

• Malik Dewitt, 30, of Charlotte, North Carolina; state police on Interstate 180 in Muncy Creek Township on Nov. 30; also charged with two summary offenses.

• Briana Branch-Rivers, 31, of 527 Second St.; state police in the 900 block of West Fourth Street in the city on Sept. 19; also charged with possession of 7.3 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary offenses.

• Cody Davis Johnson, 40, of Butler; city police at West Third and Maynard streets on April 12, 2024; also charged with two summary offenses, including driving with a license that was suspended due to a prior DUI offense.
