Fourteen people have been charged with DUI, according to court papers that were recently made public. Those charged were:

Nathaniel J. Zeigler, 26, of 424 Jordan Ave., Montoursville; state police while on a bicycle in the 1400 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on June 4; also charged with two summary offenses.

Nicholas J. Cuozzo, 33, of 5957 Lycoming Creek Road, Cogan Station; state police following a crash on Log Run Road in Loyalsock Township on May 9; also charged with three summary offenses.

Logan G. Ball, 20, of 504 Reynolds St., South Williamsport; state police at West Third and Grier streets in the city on April 18; also charged with three summary offenses.

Stephen E. Emig, 70, of 1334 Route 14, Trout Run; state police on Route 14 in Lewis Township on April 3; also charged with two summary offenses.

Gene Alel Woods, 46, of 1306 Scott St.; state police in the 300 block of Maynard Street in the city on March 28; also charged with possession of 17 grams of marijuana and one summary offense.

Paul Alexander White, 40, of 937 W. Fourth St., apartment 5; state police at East Third Street and Northway Road in Loyalsock Township on March 21; also charged with three summary offenses.

Joshua Michael Kafka, 27, of 770 W. Fourth St., apartment 107; state police at West Third and Pine streets on March 14; also charged with three summary violations; this was his third DUI offense.

Byron Martinez, 46, of 1146 Market St.; state police in the first block of Maynard Street in the city on March 8; also charged with three summary offenses.

Joshua Luke Laughman, 42, of York Haven; state police on Route 220 in the city on March 7; also charged with two summary offenses.

Georges A. Thomas, 68, of 2608 Grand St.; city police following a crash in the 2300 block of Hillside Avenue on Feb. 27; also charged with one summary offense.

Terry L. Bennett, 55, of 354 Reeder Road, Cogan Station; Lycoming Regional police following a crash in the 500 block of Smokey Coroners Road in Hepburn Township on Feb. 24; also charged with two summary offenses.

Jordan J. Laforme, 40, of 379 Route 54, Montgomery; state police in the 1500 block of Riverside Drive in South Williamsport on Feb. 22; also charged with one summary offense.

Miracle Remar Williams, 38, of 428 Anthony St.; state police West Third and Hepburn streets in the city on Feb. 1; also charged with two summary offenses.

Nedlon Anson Marks, 43, of Mill Hall; state police on Route 220 in the city on Jan. 17; also charged with three summary offenses.
