Allenwood man charged with assaulting co-worker in Muncy
Shortly after being hired at Service Master, 22 S. Market St., Muncy, in February 2026, Justin Wayne Losell engaged in a pattern of abuse against an alleged victim and co-worker that initially involved arm punching, but quickly progressed to kicks in the leg, borough police allege in an affidavit.
The alleged victim never reported Losell, 28, of Allenwood, out of feat that it would make the situation worse, he told police, also relating that he never directly told Losell to stop, but would take a defensive posture during his aggression.
The alleged victim further stated that Losell also made threats against him involving firearms.
“I’m going to take you out to the parking lot and shoot you in the cap and let you bleed out,” Losell allegedly told the alleged victim, adding that he would do it with a hollow point bullet so it would hurt more, according to court documents.
Two guns kept in Losell’s truck were allegedly shown to the alleged victim, including a black 9 mm and a .45 caliber handgun.
Additionally, Losell verbally assaulted the alleged victim with a slew of profanities,” police allege in court filings.
The abuse culminated when, on April 22, as the two men rode together in a company vehicle, Losell began punching and hitting him, the alleged victim told police.
While at the shop the following day, Losell allegedly told the alleged victim that it was his goal to make him quit before transferring to another location, and if he was unsuccessful, he would request a transfer to the same facility to continue his pattern of abuse, an affidavit said.
“Do you want to get hit in the kidney,” Losell then asked the alleged victim, before punching him with a closed fist in the area of his left kidney. Later that day, after returning from a job together, Losell put the alleged victim in a headlock and pulled him from their work van causing him to fall to the ground after which he allegedly began kicking and punching the alleged victim with a closed fist on the left side of his body.
In the wake of the incident, the alleged victim was examined by a physician who ordered bloodwork for internal bleeding and a STAT CATscan of his abdomen.
Paperwork provided to police from the physician ordered the alleged victim not to go to work until the CT scan results were received and he was cleared by her. The physician also wrote in the order that he was not to work with or around Losell in any capacity.
A manager at Service Master told police that he was unaware of the prior abuse, and was able to provide in-car video surveillance that captured Losell’s attack on the alleged victim from April 22, court filings said.
The manager stated that he was “extremely shaken” by the incident, and planned on terminating Losell when he returned at the end of the day.
Questioned by police, Losell said that the alleged victim had bullied “a little bit” by himself and a couple of other people.
“We kind of pick on him, but it’s all good fun,” Losell allegedly said.
Informed of the in-car surveillance video showing him striking the alleged victim, Losell simply replied, “OK,” police said in court documents.
Losell admitted to having his arm around the alleged victim, which the officer clarified was a headlock, but denied that he had pulled him out of the van, instead related that as the alleged victim began to fall, he was simply helping him back in.
Losell allegedly further stated that while he did punch the alleged victim in the kidneys, he didn’t mean to.
Informed that the alleged victim suffered “significant injuries that necessitated medical attention, Losell again allegedly stated, “okay.”
Losell allegedly also admitted to joking around about the firearms threats, though he stressed that he had never and would never pull the weapons on the alleged victim, an affidavit said.
Police confirmed that the weapons with Losell’s truck matched the description provided by the alleged victim.
At the time of inspection, the firearm magazine was filled to capacity with hollow point bullets and a round was in the chamber, police said in an affidavit.
Losell was then advised that he would be receiving charges in the mail, and that he was to have no contact with the alleged victim from that point forward.
He was arraigned on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment by District Judge Kirsten Gardner, and released on $5,000 bail.
