Five face drug charges in Lycoming County
Five people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to count records that were recently made public.
Ralie Elizabeth Rogers, 19, of 620 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore; state police following a traffic stop in the 4500 block of Route 220 North in Woodward Township on July 5, 2025; possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a firearm without a license; released on $15,000 bail.
Elizabeth B. Salazar, 41, of Ronkonkoma, N.Y.; state police following a crash in the 3300 block of Route 44 North in Watson Township on Oct. 15, 2025; possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary offenses.
Christopher Max Oettel, 47, of 8376 Route 14, Trout Run; state police following a report of an unresponsive male along the roadway near Chippewa Road and Route 405 in Muncy Creek Township on May 28, 2026; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a summary offense; released on $2,500 bail.
Kyiem Randy Bradshaw, 49, of 104 Maynard St., Room 101, city; the Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office; delivery of a controlled substance and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence for the alleged attempted sale of cocaine to a confidential informant in the 100 block of Maynard Street in the city. Once in custody, Bradshaw was allegedly found in possession of seven baggies of cocaine and was attempting to swallow a golf ball-sized bag of what he allegedly identified as 15 10mg Percocet pills; released on $5,000 bail.
Karlie Morgan Delade, 22, of 229 Angletown Road, Muncy; state police following a traffic stop on Delade’s vehicle, during which a small amount of marijuana, suspected crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia were found within the vehicle; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia; Delade was not present at the time of the vehicle stop, however, during a police review of Delade’s Facebook account, photos of Delade with a glass smoking device were viewed by officers who requested a search warrant be issued on her residence. During execution of that search warrant, police allegedly located two bags of suspected cocaine totaling 24.87 grams. Upon the execution of a second search warrant, a scale was allegedly located in a plastic drawer near the entrance to the basement; released on $50,000 bail.
