Jesse Tillison, 36, of 652 Second St., has been charged with simple assault and harassment after he allegedly struck an alleged victim with a closed face and kicked her while she was on the ground, according to an affidavit.

The alleged victim’s face appeared red with a scrape on her cheek and a black eye. She also reported finding blood inside her ear, but was unsure where it came from, court documents said.

Tillison was arraigned on the charges by District Judge Aaron Biichle and released on $25,000 bail.
