12 motorists have been charged with DUI, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:

Martin Tolen Kieser, 34, of 1550 Watson St., city; state police in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Loyalsock Township on June 12, 2026; also charged with driving on a suspended license and two summary offenses.

Ny Zir Armontae McGee, 23, of 1522 Randall Circle, city; state police at East Third Street and Northway Road in Loyalsock Township on April 25, 2026; also charged with three summary offenses.

Charles Elwin Bower, 72, of 2323 Riverside Drive, Apt. 2, South Williamsport; city police following a crash at West Fourth and Oliver streets on April 10, 2026; also charged with one summary offense.

Aliyah Haley Jett, 24, of 1226 Rural Ave., city; state police in the 300 block of High Street on March 26, 2026; also charged with three summary offenses.

Nadia Victoria Zimmerman, 22, of Auburn; state police in the 1400 block of West Fourth Street on Feb. 4, 2026; also charged with two summary offenses.

Jennifer L. Johnson, 51, of 720 Second St., city; state police in the 700 block of Second Avenue on April 24, 2026; also charged with a summary offense.

Kathryn A. Obrien, 38, of 1818 Homewood Ave., city; state police on Fairfield Road near the Interstate 180 off ramp on April 17, 2026; also charged with three summary offenses.

Sean William Driscoll, 40, of 463 Charlotte Ave., South Williamsport; state police at West Southern Avenue and Clark Street in South Williamsport on April 19, 2026; also charged with two summary offenses.

Cheryl Ann Kwasney, 38, of 1050 Westminster Drive, city; state police in the 900 block of Westminster Drive on Jan. 31, 2026; also charged with one summary offense.

Isaiah James Snell, 37, of 603 Park Ave., city; state police in the 1 block of Matthews Boulevard in South Williamsport on Feb. 28, 2026; also charged with two summary offenses.

Sage Spitzfaden, 39, of 336 Hill St., South Williamsport; state police in the 300 block of Hill Street on April 10, 2026; also charged with five summary offenses.

Don William Harger, 51, of Lock Haven; state police in the 300 block of Westminster Drive in Loyalsock on March 29, 2026; also charged with four summary offenses.
