Motorist Damon Lomison, 59, of 2744 Calvert Road, Trout Run, has been charged with accidents involving damaged to attended vehicle (hit-run) after he fled the scene of a crash in the 100 block of Hepburn Street about 7:30 p.m. on March 21, city police alleged in an affidavit. Driving a 2022 Jeep Cherokee, Lomison struck another vehicle while trying to pass it, police alleged. Lomison has since waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge Aaron Biichle and is free on bail.
