Driver not hurt when his SUV crashes and lands on bike path
PHIL HOLMES/Sun-Gazette A 16-year-old boy driving this Ford Explorer lost control of the vehicle on a sharp curve on the Broad Street on-ramp to Interstate 180 West in Montoursville about 2:40 p.m. Sunday, according to borough police. The teen escaped injury, police said. The SUV traveled about 15-20 yards, took out a lengthy section of a fence and overturned at least once before landing on the bike path, police said. Borough volunteer firefighters also responded to the crash as well.
