After executing a search warrant last week at his Montgomery home, county detectives arrested Levi Jarrett Scampone, 28, of 30 Broad St., Montgomery, apartment 2, and charged him with having dozens of photos or videos on his cellphone that are considered to be child sexual abuse material, it was alleged in an affidavit filed at the office of District Judge Kirsten Gardner. In an interview with investigators, Scampone admitted that he gets sexual gratification by viewing child pornography, the affidavit stated. Following his arraignment on a total of 64 felony counts of sexual abuse of children and one felony county of illegal use of a communication device.
