Three men have been arrested and jailed on four felony conspiracy charges for breaking into a building at Lycoming County Resource Management Services (the county's landfill), 447 Alexander Drive, in Brady Township overnight June 26, according to Muncy Borough police, which provides law enforcement protection for the township. Those charged include Ryan Joseph Hamilton, 37, and Christopher William West, 49, both of 304 Almond St., and Bruce Eckard Drum, 43, of 713 Diamond St., Williamsport, police said. After breaking into the structure, the three stole an estimated $3,500 worth of copper wire and re-sold it for $1,800, police alleged in a criminal complaint. The theft was captured on surveillance video, police said. The conspiracy charges included burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and theft of secondary metal, police said. All three were arraigned last week before District Judge Kirsten Gardner and remained jailed in the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $30,000 bail each. Hamilton already face another set of theft-related charges for allegedly stealing a silver tire rim from a Limestone Township company on March 19.
