Just three days after he was released from the county prison in $50,000 bail, Nathan Allen Minier, 46, of 1383 Fairview Road, Unityville, was locked up once again, this time for allegedly exposing himself to another man on Beaver Lake Road in Penn Township, according to court records. The initial state police charges included felony trespassing, criminal mischief, theft and disorderly conduct that all stemmed from an incident in the 700 block of Pieschel Road in Jordan Township on the afternoon of June 28. It was alleged that Minier entered another man's barns and removed four metal posts, a five-gallon bucket and a "red hand truck" that he placed in the middle of the road, blocking the road so motorists could not get through. When taken into custody near the scene, Minier had in his possession a pair of stolen wire cutters, police said. He was arraigned hours later, jailed two days and then released. Three days later, on July 3, he was arraigned before yet another district judge on charges of allegedly exposing himself and fighting with state troopers. He remains jailed in lieu of $60,000 bail..
