No one was injured, but the front of this southbound water truck sustained extensive damage when it struck a construction-site-blocking vehicle at a worksite at Route 220 and Queneshaque Road in Woodward Township about 7:40 a.m. Thursday morning. Such blocking vehicles are a safety measure to protect construction workers from getting hit by passing motorists. Township firefighters and state police responded to the crash. Traffic was down to one lane until the truck was removed.
