Ryan Joseph Hamilton, 37, of 927 Arch St., apartment 4, has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing a $400 silver tire room from P Stone Inc. at 1430 Route 880 in Limestone Township on March 19, it was alleged in a state police affidavit. Wearing a mask, Hamilton entered the business and stole the rim, police alleged. Investigators stated Hamilton was implicated by another man. He has been sent a summons to appear before Dieter for a preliminary hearing later this month.
