Ten people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:
Christy Lynn Crowe, 55, of 1028 Hepburn St.; the county's Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU); three felony county each of delivery of crack cocaine and illegal use of a communications device following her alleged involvement in three drug sales to informants that occurred in the 900 block of Market Street in the city between May 13 and May 26; released on bail.
William Maxwell Helm, 46, of 1135 ½ E. Third St.; state police; six counts of delivery of cocaine following his alleged involvement in six drug sales that occurred at various locations in the city on between Nov. 19 and Jan. 15; released on $25,000 bail.
William Adams, 53, of 1411 Dewey Ave.; the county's NEU; three counts each of delivery of crack cocaine and illegal use of cellphone for his alleged involvement in city drug sales at Grace and Locust streets on Feb. 26 and April 13 as well as in the 900 block of Washington Boulevard on June 24; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Kurtis Pittinger, 61, who is homeless; the county's NEU; delivery of fentanyl and illegal use of a cellphone following his alleged involvement in the sale of the controlled substance to an informant in the 300 block of East Third Street in the city on June 23; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Keri Lynne Clemens, 38, of 609 Sheridan St.; the county's NEU; delivery of cocaine and possession of cocaine following her alleged involvement in a drug sale at her home on April 15; released on $50,000 bail.
Brandon David Hill, 29, of 59 Gap Road, Allenwood; state police; delivery of fentanyl and methamphetamine as well as illegal use of a communication device following his alleged involvement in a sale of the controlled substances to an informant on Elimsport Road in Clinton Township on Sept. 15; jailed in lieu of $150,000 bail; he was arrested earlier this year by NEU on drug charges stemming from an incident in South Williamsport.
Amaris Jackson, 32, of 750 W. Edwin St.; state police; possession of marijuana in the 2500 block of Federal Avenue on June 1; released on $2,500 bail.
Nichole Michelle Lively, 41, of 674 Knarr Road, Jersey Shore; state police; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Westminster Drive in Loyalsock Township on Feb. 22; released on $5,000 bail.
Russell Reed, 45, of 74 Bower Lane, Hughesville; state police; delivery of 3.5 grams of methamphetamine and illegal use of a communication device for his alleged involvement in a drug sale in Penn Township on Feb. 11; initially jailed, but now free on $50,000 bail.
Derrick Leonard Carson, 34, of 821 Market St.; state police; possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of West Fourth Street in the city on Dec. 18; released on $2,500 bail.
