Charges filed after Clinton Township man allegedly fireed gun into the air during family disturbance

While struggling with mental health issues, 21-year-old Kyle Raymond Wagner grabbed his mother's firearm, stormed out of his Clinton Township home and fired one round into the air while family members and others we re standing in the vicinity about 12:15 a.m. on July 26, state police alleged in an affidavit. Charged with five counts each of recklessly endangering and disorderly conduct as well as one count of possession of an instrument of crime, Wagner, of 2092 Pinchtown Road, was arraigned before Gardner and initially jailed, but has since been released on $35,000 bail.
