Jeremy C. Wright, 48, of 2367 Hillside Ave., recently waived his preliminary hearing on city police charges of simple assault and harassment that were filed after his is alleged to have punched a woman multiple times in the left side of her face during a domestic disturbance in his home on July 5, according to court records at Frey's office. "I'm going to kill you," he told the woman, who managed to break away and seek shelter at a neighbor's home, police said. Initially jailed, Wright has since been released on $7,500 bail.
