Eleven motorists have been charged with DUI, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:
George Henry Whaley IV; 21, of 1129 Race St.; state police at Euclid Avenue and Valley Street in DuBoistown on July 17; also charged with two summary offenses.
Chelci Braim, 38, of 957 River Mill Road, Jersey Shore; state police in the first block of Plank Road in Piatt Township on July 11; also charged with six summary offenses; this was her second DUI arrest.
Darryl Payne, 59, of 2000 Mill Lane, apartment 36; Lycoming Regional police after he crashed his Toyota Avalon into a tree in the 2100 block of Mill Lane on June 29.
Richard Allen Packer III, 39, of 26633 Newberry St.; state police on Antlers Lane in Woodward Township on June 27, also charged with one summary offense.
Jacoby Benway, 21, of Lock Haven; state police on South Pine Run Road in Woodward Township on June 27; also charged with three summary offenses; this was his second DUI arrest.
Amy Sue Cochran, 40, of 447 Hastings St., South Williamsport; state police on Lycoming Creek Road in Lewis Township on June 26; also charged with seven summary offenses.
Amanda Marie Cooper, 49, of 139 Whyne Road, Jersey Shore; state police at Queneshaque and McGill Hollow roads in Woodward Township on June 12; also charged with five summary offenses.
Carolean Moultry-Green, 67, of Rochester, New York; state police on Route 220 in Woodward Township on June 8; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary offense.
Randi Mae Phillips, 34, of 5 Gail Lane, Hughesville; state police at Route 405 and Elm Drive in Wolf Township on April 25; also charged with four summary offenses.
Cole Thomas Dyer, 23, 130 Boston Road, Picture Rocks; state police at Lime Bluff Road and Elm Drive in Wolf Township on April 19; also charged with two summary offenses.
Nicole Lee Klees, 40, of 790 Railroad St., Jersey Shore; state police on Route 220 in Woodward Township on March 24; also charged with four summary offenses.
