The man driving this SUV, along with three family members riding in the car, were all taken by ambulances to UPMC Williamsport to get medical treatment for injuries they suffered when the southbound vehicle went off the road and struck a rock outcrop along Route 14 in Lewis Township about 7 a.m. Monday, according to Trout Run fire officials. State police are leading the investigation into the accident.
