Criminal charges have been filed against Stanley E. Stutzman II, 59, of 2831 Lincoln Drive, Loyalsock, after he is alleged to have interfered with an investigation being conducted by the state Fish and Boat Commission, according to court documents filed at the office of District Judge Denise Dieter. The incident occurred in the area of Hocker Lane and Route 414, near Cammal, in McHenry Township on April 15 while a waterways conservation officer was attempting to locate a group of anglers and boaters, it was stated in an affidavit. On three occasions, Stutzman used his BMW to block the officer's vehicle from gaining access or leaving the property. When the officer asked Stutzman for his identification, he initially refused, but then obtained it from his cabin, investigators said. Charged with obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest and two summaries, including interference with officers. He has since waived his preliminary hearing and is free on $20,000 bail.
