Six people have been charged by the county's Narcotics Enforcement Unit with various drug offenses, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:
• Marquise Benjamin, 27, of Upper Darby; possession with intent to deliver marijuana after investigators seized two bags of the controlled substance from him at West Fourth and Center streets on July 10; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
• Michael Darr Wallace, 38, of 1234 Park Ave.; delivery of cocaine, tampering with evidence, two counts of endangering the welfare of children and conspiracy for his alleged involvement in the sale of the controlled substance in the 200 block of Oak Street in Jersey Shore on June 16; at the time of the sale, Wallace had two children with him in his car at the time of the sale, investigators alleged; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
• Thomas Garnett Burk, 34, of 321 Locust St.; two counts each of delivery of crack cocaine and illegal use of a cellphone for his alleged involvement in drug sales on Feb. 26 and again April 13; both sales took place at Grace and Locust streets in the city; jailed in lieu of $80.000 bail.
• Tevin Bernard Williams, 32, of 645 Hepburn St., apartment C6; two counts each of delivery of a controlled substance (ecstasy and percocet as well as crack cocaine) and illegal use of a cellphone following his alleged involvement in drug sales that took place on March 17 and April 29, both in the 800 block of Louisa Street in the city; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
• Brandon David Hill, 29, of 59 Gap Road, Allenwood; delivery of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia for his alleged involvement in a drug sale in the 100 block of East Southern Avenue in South Williamsport on Jan. 22; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.
• Kirsten Leigh Tyson, 32, of 1411 W. Fourth St., second floor; two sets of charges both filed by the county's NEU; possession of three double-sealed bags of fentanyl stamped with the names "White Claw" and "Daffy Duck" in the 1800 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on Jan. 20; and possession of methamphetamine at her home on May 4; released on a total of $15,000 bail.
