A total of three men have now been arrested on charges of allegedly stealing $30,000 of electrical wire and plugs from EnerStar Solutions at 3327 Route 14 in Lewis Township between April 26 and May 7, state police alleged in an affidavit. Bruce Eckard Drum, 43, of 713 Diamond St., Williamsport, and Ryan Joseph Hamilton, 37, of 304 Almond St., have already waived their preliminary hearings before District Judge William Solomon on felony and misdemeanor charges ranging from theft to criminal mischief and conspiracy. While Drum is free on bail, Hamilton remains jailed in the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail. Both men have already been arrested on charges of allegedly stealing copper wire from the Lycoming County Resource Management Services (the county's landfill) in late June.
A third person implicated in the Lewis Township theft was Jamie West, 50, of 809 Diamond St., who faces the same charges as Hamilton and Drum. Initially jailed, West is now free on $50,000 bail. He has a hearing this week before Solomon.
