Felony charges of theft and receiving stolen property have been lodged against Danielle Denise Daniels. 49, of 2043 Pleasant Stream Road, Trout Run, after failing to return $8,200 to a male acquaintance who accidentally sent her the money through a Paypal app in late May, state police alleged in a court document filed at Gardner's office. The victim was actually trying to request $8,200 from Daniels based on funds she reportedly owed him, police said. He pushed the sent button on the app, and his efforts to cancel the transaction were unsuccessful, police said. Daniels has since waived her preliminary hearing and remains free on $15,000 bail.
