Iyanna Coates, 20, of Dover, Delaware, was arrested on city police charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after she allegedly "engaged in threatening, violent and tumultuous behavior" at Sheetz, 164 Maynard St., about 6:50 p.m. on July 26, it was alleged in an affidavit. She has since waived her preliminary hearing before District Judge Christian Frey and is free on $15,000 bail.
