Eleven people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court records recently made public at district judge county offices. Those charged were:
Max Michael Boutwell, 18, of 2007 Mill Lane; the county's Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU); delivery of methamphetamine as well as delivery of psilocybin mushrooms plus two counts of illegal use of a communications device for his alleged involvement in drugs sales in the 1800 block of Lycoming Creek Road in Old Lycoming Township on Sept. 22 and at High and Walnut streets in the city on Aug. 18; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Dawan Jamar Morris, 49, of Philadelphia, whose street name is "Cuzz;" state police two felony counts each of delivery of crack cocaine and illegal use of a communication device for his alleged involvement in drug sales in the 2000 block of Lycoming Creek Road on Sept. 17 and the 1800 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on Aug. 25; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Joshua Whaley, 38, of 428 Brandon Ave,; the county's NEU; three felony counts each of delivery of crack cocaine and illegal use of a cellphone for his alleged involvement in three city drug sales that occurred at Louisa and Center streets on Sept 9, Brandon Avenue and Elmira Street on Aug. 17, and Glenwood Avenue and Cherry Street on Aug. 12; also charged with one count of possession with intent to deliver six grams of cocaine on Sept. 9; released on $50,000 bail.
Noah Michael Soha, 18, of 1539 Northway Road; the county's NEU; two felony counts each of delivery of marijuana and illegal use of a communication device for his alleged involvement in two sales of the drug outside his Loyalsock Township home; one on Aug. 21 and another on June 24; also charged with one felony count each of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, receiving stolen property and carrying a firearm without a license as result of having drugs and a stolen gun in his apartment when investigators executed a search warrant following the alleged Aug. 21 sale; jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Jonathan David Springman, 46, of 678 Grier St.; the county's NEU; delivery of cocaine, illegal use of a cellphone and conspiracy for his alleged involvement in drug sales at his city home on May 13 and April 28; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail; roommate Jamal Lumpkin, 39, whose street name is 'Maul," was arrested earlier for his allegedly involvement in a drug sale in the same house Sept. 16; he too is jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Harry Warren Delong, 54, of 2629 Dove St.; the county's NEU; possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine in the area of Scott and Rose streets in the city on Sept. 2; jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.
James R. Kane, 51, of 1735 Four Mile Drive, apartment 2; Montoursville police; possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an instrument of crime (bolt cutters and pry bar) in the 1900 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on Aug. 29; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Taylor Marie Kanski, 31, of 418 S. Main St., Jersey Shore; Lycoming Regional police; possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Railroad Street in the borough on July 24; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Bradley James Beitz, 53, of Mill Hall; city police; possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of Hepburn Street on July 24; released on $10,000 bail.
James Richard Kane, 51, of 1905 W. Third St.; state police; possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia at his home on June 18 when troopers executed a search warrant for the premises; released on $10,000 bail on these charges, but incarcerated on numerous bench warrants.
Johnny Lee Wyne, 44, of Rochester; state police; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Route 220 in Woodward Township on May 24; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
