Seven people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:
• Jamal Lewis Lumpkin, 39, of 678 Grier St.; the county's Narcotics Enforcement Unit; delivery of methamphetamine following his alleged involvement in a drug sale that took place inside his home on Wednesday; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
• Bruce Akeem White, 36, of Bellefonte and the 2800 block of West Fourth Street; the county's NEU; four counts of delivery of cocaine and three counts of illegal use of a cellphone as a result of his alleged involvement in three drug sales that took place in downtown Williamsport between July 7 and Sept. 3, and a fourth drug sale in the 2000 block of West Fourth Street in the city on June 16; jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail.
• Dominique Thomas, 36, of Williamsport; the county's NEU; delivery of cocaine following his alleged involvement in the sale of the controlled substance in 800 block of Nichols Place on March 25; already incarcerated on another matter, he was recommitted in lieu of an additional $50,000 bail.
• Shavonte Dixon, 35, of 2500 Federal Ave., the county's NEU; possession with intent to deliver and possession of crack cocaine and possession of PCP following his alleged involvement in the sale of crack cocaine to an informant in the 400 block of Hepburn Street in the city on Sept. 3; jailed on $75,000 bail; he has since waived his preliminary hearing.
• Michelle Harry, 67, of 930 St. Boniface St.; the county's NEU; delivery of cocaine and illegal use of a cellphone following her alleged involvement in a drug sale that took place at her city home with an informant on April 15; released on $50,000 bail; co-defendant Keri Lynn Clemens, 38, of 609 Sheridan St., was arrested earlier this summer and was held for court on all charges; she too is free on $50,000 bail.
• Terry Clayton Yearick, 52, of Mifflinburg; Muncy police; possession of multiple buprenorphine hydrochloride pills, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of South Market Street in the borough on Aug. 27; jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.
• Erutefe Agbiro, 29, of 1045 W. Fourth St,; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of William Street in the city on May 23; released on $5,000 bail.
