All charges have been withdrawn against 43-year-old Damian Colegrove, of 3731 Lycoming Creek Road, Cogan Station, except for criminal mischief, according to court records at the office of District Judge William Solomon. Lycoming Regional police dropped charges of felony burglary, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment against Colegrove.
The charges stemmed from a domestic disturbance with a family member in the 2900 block of Lycoming Creek Road on July 24, it was stated in an affidavit. Colegrove waived his preliminary hearing on the one remaining charge. He is free on $50,000 bail.
In another case before Solomon, state police dropped one felony count of patronizing a victim of human trafficking against Robert Streams, 43, of Blairsville, Indiana County. He waived his preliminary hearing on the one remaining misdemeanor charge of patronizing prostitutes.
The charges stem from 11 men being arrested early last month following an extensive state police investigation into prostitution allegedly taking place at the former Green Spa and Massage at 1208 River Ave. in Loyalsock Township between mid-April and mid-June, according to court records. Streams remains free on $50,000 bail. Five other men all waived their preliminary hearings on both charges or were held for court while five others are still awaiting to have their hearings.
In a criminal case before District Judge Denise Dieter, Shaquan Taylor, 27, of 324 Park Ave., apartment, 3, made arrangements to pay $853 in fines and court costs after he pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana, which stems from an incident on Route 220 in Woodward Township on May 23.
