Twenty-one motorists have been charged by area police with DUI, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:
• Andres Roy Belcher, 19, of 1778 Seely Run Road, Jersey Shore; state police along Route 220 South in Woodward Township on Aug. 26; also charged with three summary offenses.
• Lucas James Buffington, 33, of 1372 Smokey Corners Road, Cogan Station; state police in the 2800 block of Route 44 South in Nippenose Township on Aug. 24; also charged with one summary offense.
• Katy Lyn Rearick, 33, of 509 ½ Burke St., Jersey Shore; Lycoming Regional Police in the 200 block of Wiley Street, Jersey Shore on Aug. 19; also charged with one summary offense.
• Matthew Davis Horton, 31, of Lock Haven; state police on Route 220 in the city on Aug. 16; also charged with five summary offenses.
• Ronald Young Jr., 41, of 1548 Mount Carmel St.; state police in the 600 block of Green Street in the city on Aug. 14; also charged with one summary offense.
• Jaylynn Derrick, 22, of Lock Haven; state police following crash on Musser Lane in Muncy Creek Township on Aug. 8; also charged with five summary offenses, including accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property (hit-run).
• Cooper Jon Lauer, 20, of 1893 Nices Hollow Road, Jersey Shore; Lycoming Regional Police in the 100 block of Nices Hollow Road in Porter Township on July 25; also charged with two summary offenses.
• Shaelyn Emma Hugai, 24, of 510 Wilson St.; state police in the 300 block of Penn Street in the city on July 19; also charged with four summary offenses.
• Garrett Mattias Brader, 28, of Quakertown; the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources following a crash in the 200 block of McIntyre Mountain Road in McIntyre Township on July 18.
• Travis Brion, 36, of 811 Moore Ave.; city police following a crash in the 100 block of Via Bella on July 17; also charged with one summary offense.
• Kelcey White Jr., 21, of Ellenwood, Georgia; state police on Interstate 180 in the city on July 16; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary violations.
• Peter L. Varvel, 23, of 129 Arch St., Montoursville; borough police following a crash at Arch Street and Nicely Avenue on July 13; also charged with two summary offenses.
• Jalyn D. Allman, 21, of Spencer, West Virginia; state police following a crash in the 1900 block of Warrensville Road in Loyalsock Township on July 12; also charged with two summary offenses.
• Brianna Nicole Pittenger, 28, of 614 Nicely Ave., Montoursville; borough police in the 600 block of Nicely Avenue on July 4.
• Tammy Hamilton, 50, of 678 Second Ave.; state police at Washington Boulevard and Mulberry Street in the city on July 3; also charged with three summary offenses.
• Joseph Matthew Keyes, 46, of 2202 Mahaffey Lane; state police at West Fourth Street near Bowman Field in the city on June 23; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary offenses.
• Bethany Hilling, 28, of 1009 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore; state police following a crash on Route 44 and Pikes Peak Road in Washington Township on June 8; also charged with four summary offenses.
• Fred W. Taylor, 75, 195 Broad St., Montgomery; Muncy police following a crash on North Main Street Muncy on June 6; also charged with possession of marijuana and one summary offense.
• Nicole Marie Roman-Wentzel, 36, of 1202 Route 54, Montgomery; state police on Route 405 in Muncy Creek Township on April 5; also charged with two summary offenses.
• Chicane Kyle Barkholz, 34, of 505 Crist St., Jersey Shore; Lycoming Regional Police in the 100 block of Bridge Street in Jersey Shore on March 30; also charged with four summary offenses.
• Ronald Rummings, 64, of 1050 Wayne Ave.; city police following a crash in the 600 block of Arch Street on April 28, 2025; also charged with two summary offenses, including accidents to damage to unattended vehicle (hit-run).
