Valentino Lewi Andreson, 26, of Millerton; 18 to 36 months theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.

Timothy R. Caraway Jr., 30, of Charlotte, N.C.; 16 to 32 months for carrying a firearm without a license.
Tramane Wali Moore, 37, of 712 Krouse Ave., city; three to six months and two years probation for retail theft.
David Martin Lodewyks, address unknown; six to 23 months and 36 months probation for delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
Donna Lynn Riley, 65, of Sabinsville; 72 hours to six months and 24 months probation for carrying a firearm without a license and DUI.
Kevin C. Iurilli, 50, of Bronx, N.Y.; four to eight months and 24 months probation for forgery, identity theft and theft by deception.
