Nine people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:
• Linton Hooper Jr., 58, of 613 Wyoming St.; the county's Narcotics Enforcement Unit; delivery of crack cocaine, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and related offenses following alleged drug transaction near George Street and Wyoming Avenue in the city on Sept. 28; also charged with felony charges of escape and evading arrest; jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail.
• Basil Doamaral, 35, of 35 Washington Blvd.; the county's NEU; delivery of marijuana and illegal use of a communication device following her alleged involvement in a drug transaction at Park Avenue and Hepburn Street in the city on Sept. 1; released on $15,000 bail.
• Robert James Gillette, 49, of 1011 Railway St.; the county's NEU; two felony counts each of delivery of crack cocaine and illegal use of a cellphone following his alleged involvement in drug sales in the 900 block of Washington Boulevard in the city on Aug. 11 and Aug. 12; initially jailed, but now out on $50,000 bail.
• Kayla Lynch, 38, of 269 Broad St., Montoursville; the county's NEU; possession with intent to deliver 56 grams of cocaine, possession with intent to deliver 184 grams of marijuana as well as possession of multiple other controlled substances including LSD and methamphetamine that were seized when investigators executed a search warrant at her home on Dec. 4; released on $25,000 bail.
• Sean David Beam, 44, of 117 W. Sixth Ave.; South Williamsport; the county's NEU; possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine that was in a vehicle he was driving on Interstate 180 in the city on Dec. 1; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail following his arraignment on Friday; he was arrested earlier this year on burglary-related charges.
• Jamal Lewis Lumpkin, 39, of 678 Grier St.; city police; possession of 15 grams of marijuana, possession of 2.9 grams cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of the controlled substances being found in his home on July 28 after he gave consent to search the premises; released on $5,000 bail; he was charged earlier this year by the county's NEU with other drug offenses.
• Tierra Nicole Lyons, 27, of 3867 Route 220, Hughesville; city police; possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia in Brandon Park on May 4; released on $5,000 bail.
• Jordan Ashley Haller, 35, of 1797 Rose Valley Road, Cogan Station; state police; possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1900 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on Feb. 28; released on $5,000 bail.
• Teresa Marie Fladd, 51, of 1234 Anne St.; the county's NEU; possession of methamphetamine on Hastings Street in South Williamsport on Jan. 22; released on $5,000 bail.
