Beech Creek business earns Charles Bryant Award

INDIANAPOLIS — Redmond’s Complete Comfort of Beech Creek was named one of three 2021 Charles Bryant Award winners.

The Charles Bryant Award, named for the company’s founder, recognizes loyal Bryant Factory Authorized Dealers (FAD) that epitomize the characteristics of Charles Bryant, including professionalism, quality, reliability and community spirit.

Bryant, a leading supplier of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, is a part of Carrier

Global Corporation, is a leading global provider of healthy, safe, sustainable and intelligent building and cold chain solutions.

“Being honored with the Charles Bryant Award is a real pleasure,” said Brian Redmond, owner, Redmond’s Complete Comfort. “This award reflects who we are as a company. When Tera [Redmond] and I started this business, we wanted our core values to be on a level of professionalism that would be recognized and appreciated by our customers and community. The culture that we have created makes the day-to-day feel less like work and more like striving for common goals. We would like to thank our customers, our distributor Peirce Phelps, Bryant and our entire team for always providing greatness and doing whatever it takes.”

Redmond’s Complete Comfort was built from the ground up by Redmond and his wife Tera. They’ve combined their knowledge and experiences to create a business that provides high quality service to its customers in central Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

“We’re pleased to present one of this year’s Charles Bryant Awards to Redmond’s Complete Comfort,” said J.T. Holtschlag, vice president, sales and marketing, Carrier. “The Charles Bryant Award honors those Bryant FADs that embody all the qualities that have made our brand what it is today. Redmond’s Complete Comfort has truly made a positive impact in their community and is a model organization in the heating and cooling industry.”
