Something is scrumptious on Market Street again! Chris and Amber Snyder, of Montoursville, are the new owners of Acme BBQ Company, 445 Market St., Williamsport. The couple celebrated Friday with a ribbon cutting and grand opening with members of the Williamsport-Lycoming County Chamber of Commerce, its CEO and president Jason Fink; Taryn Mueller Hartle, chamber marketing and membership coordinator and Mayor Derek Slaughter among those, but not all, attending the grand opening. The Snyders are former owners of Lucky Bear Barbecue, a top-notch catering business. Acme BBQ Co. is open for lunch and dinner and has all the favorites such as pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, deep fried potato salad, spicy green beans, and cornbread among other delights.
