Spherion Staffing and Recruiting recently gave a check to the Lycoming County SPCA for $1,000 as part of their annual Community Giveback Program. Additionally, from now until December 29th, all Williamsport residents are invited to participate in a donation drive for animal supplies. The organization is in need of the following items: Dye-free dog food, soft dog treats, dog chew toys, kitten food, powdered kitten milk replacer, cat litter (clay type), laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bleach, heavy load trash bags, copy papers, paper towels, blankets, postage stamps.

Lycoming County SPCA aims to protect all domestic animals by providing shelter, emergency treatment, investigation and prosecution of cruelty or abuse complaints, adoption and counseling, education programs and humane care throughout Lycoming County.
