Heather Sargent, associate vice president and marketing manager for First Citizens Community Bank, was announced as a winner of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association's Future Under 40 Awards.
The Future Under 40 Awards honor banking industry leaders, aged 40 years and younger, who have made a tremendous impact on their institution, the community and the industry, a news release said.
As marketing manager, Sargent is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the bank's services, products, and brand within the markets we serve. Heather has been with First Citizens Community Bank since 2013.
"Congratulations to Heather on winning PA Banker's Future Under 40 Award!" said LeeAnn Gephart, executive vice president and chief banking officer at First Citizens Community Bank, according to the news release.
