Appraiser retires after more than four decades

According to a news release, after more than four decades of dedication and expertise in real estate appraisals, Steve Reeser of Reeser Appraisals is bidding farewell to a storied career.

“As he embarks on a well-deserved retirement in April, colleagues, clients, and friends celebrate his invaluable contributions and enduring impact on the industry,” the news release said.

Reeser’s journey in the world of appraisals began in 1982, as he embarked on a path that would shape not only his professional journey but also the communities he served. Specializing in both residential and commercial real estate appraisals, he “swiftly garnered recognition for his meticulous assessments and unwavering commitment to excellence,” the news release said. “In commercial appraisals, his proficiency extended across various properties, from residential units to expansive retail spaces, industrial complexes, and agricultural lands. His keen eye for detail and comprehensive understanding of market dynamics rendered him a trusted authority in the valuation of properties of all types.”

In 2009, Reeser opened Reeser Appraisals LLC.
