"This change reflects the organization's expanded commitment to comprehensive healthcare and aligns with its refreshed mission and vision," a news release said. "The new name, River Valley Health, along with the updated slogan, 'Where Care Meets Compassion,' emphasizes the organization's dedication to providing inclusive, quality healthcare to all members of the community."

The name change is effective immediately, and all future business activity will be conducted under the new name. The organization's legal structure and ownership remain unchanged. River Valley Health will continue to operate with the same team of dedicated professionals and will maintain its current locations, service offerings, and contact information.
