A new tiny home community is coming to Clinton County’s Woodward Township, with plans to transform an existing trailer site into a modern neighborhood featuring 11 compact, energy-efficient homes designed for simple, sustainable living.
According to a news release, the project is being led by Tiny Trails Realty, a newly launched venture founded by Chris Pardee and Marcy Benson, the team behind Premier Real Estate Agency. With a strong presence in North Central Pennsylvania, Premier Real Estate has built a reputation for providing personalized service and expertise across residential and commercial real estate. The founders aim to bring that same customer-first approach to innovative housing solutions like tiny home communities.
The new development will feature 400-square-foot homes, each ideal for one or two residents and available for purchase with owner financing options. Each home will sit on a private, manageable lot and include Wi-Fi, utilities, trash removal, and snow removal.
“We’re excited to introduce our brand-new tiny home community in Woodward Township,” Pardee said, according to the news release. “This neighborhood is thoughtfully designed to offer a more affordable, sustainable, and community-oriented lifestyle.”
Tiny home living continues to gain momentum across Pennsylvania and the U.S., offering an affordable path to homeownership while promoting a minimalist, eco-conscious way of life. Tiny Trails Realty hopes the new community will serve as a model for intentional living, where residents benefit from shared amenities and a close-knit environment.
