Paintball arena aims to ‘reignite spirit of outdoor play’

Area thrill seekers will have one more destination to add to their bucket list as Tactical Strike Paintball Arena holds its grand opening from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, a press release from the arena said.

“Nestled at 7302 South Route 220 in Linden, Tactical Strike Arena aims to reignite the spirit of outdoor play, encouraging everyone to swap screen time for heart-pounding action in a safe and dynamic environment,” the release said.

The arena will offer several tactical combat experience options for those 14-years and older. Gel blasters are also offered for those seeking a middle ground of engaging gameplay without the sting of traditional paintball guns.

“For the budding warriors, ages 5 to 10-years-old, or those who simply prefer a softer touch, the NERF option guarantees that no one is left on the sidelines,” the release said, calling it a “fantastic way for families to bond, friends to compete and individuals to discover their inner strategist.”

Primarily open on weekends, Tactical Strike Paintball Arena is also available throughout the week for birthday and other private parties, corporate team-building exercises and other special occasions,” the release noted.

Calling safety a “bedrock” of the arena, the press release notes that each participant undergoes a comprehensive safety briefing before engaging in any gameplay.

This “ensures they are fully equipped with the knowledge and protective gear necessary for a secure and enjoyable experience,” the release said.

“The arena itself is designed with safety in mind, featuring strategically placed barriers and clear boundaries to minimize risks while maximizing the fun,” according to the release.
