North Central Sight Services welcomes 2026 board officers, directors

North Central Sight Services, Inc. recently announced the appointment of its 2026 board officers and board of directors, whose leadership, experience, and shared commitment to the organization’s mission will help guide NCSS in the years ahead.
According to a news release, Dennis Gilbert has been appointed board chair, with Nancy J. Perkins, FIDSA, serving as vice chair, and Adam Dincher appointed as treasurer.
Dennis Gilbert, board chair, is president of the Innovative Manufacturers Center and president/owner of Appreciative Strategies, LLC. He brings extensive experience in manufacturing, workforce development, and nonprofit governance, with a strong background in strategic planning, organizational performance, and executive leadership. A lifelong Central Pennsylvanian, Gilbert is a passionate advocate for regional economic growth.
Nancy J. Perkins, FIDSA, vice chair, is an internationally recognized industrial designer and nonprofit executive. She is president of Perkins Design Ltd. and formerly served as President and CEO of the Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind, where she led organizational transformation, expanded employment opportunities, and achieved significant growth. Perkins holds 27 design patents and is a Fellow–the highest honor–of the Industrial Designers Society of America.
Adam Dincher, treasurer, serves as vice president, middle market at M&T Bank and brings strong financial expertise alongside deep community involvement. A graduate of Leadership Lycoming, Dincher currently serves as finance chair for Leadership Lycoming and treasurer of the South Williamsport Education Foundation. He is deeply committed to nonprofit service and fiscal stewardship.
NCSS also welcomes Jeff Arnold as its newest board member. Arnold serves as senior executive vice president of finance and risk management at Journey Bank, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership, risk management, and strategic oversight.

• Brian McClintock, board secretary, senior communications executive at Little League International
• Eric Schoonover, CEO at Schoonover Plumbing &Heating, Inc.
• Dr. Michael Bonner, O.D., optometrist at The Eye Center of Central Pennsylvania
• Dr. James Kasenchak, M.D., staff physician at Geisinger
