Bank names chief growth officer
Journey Bank recently announced the appointment of Loni N. Kline as chief growth officer, effective immediately.
In this newly created role, Kline will lead the bank’s efforts to advance its enterprise-wide growth strategy and expand revenue and market share across all lines of business. According to a news release, her focus will be on strengthening customer relationships, broadening access to banking solutions, and ensuring Journey Bank continues to meet the evolving needs of the communities it serves. She will collaborate with teams across the organization to align marketing, sales, and relationship development efforts, identify thoughtful expansion opportunities, and support long-term, sustainable growth that benefits customers, businesses, and the region.
“At Journey Bank, our focus is on deepening connections with the people and businesses we serve,” said Lance Diehl, president and CEO of Journey Bank, according to the news release. “Loni brings exceptional expertise in relationship-building and strategic leadership, and we are excited to have her join our Executive Leadership Team.”
Kline has extensive experience in strategic planning, market development, and relationship management, along with a strong network of professional and community relationships throughout the region. Most recently, she served as senior vice president for college relations and chief of staff at Pennsylvania College of Technology. During her tenure at Penn College, Kline oversaw a 23-member division responsible for advancement, alumni relations, corporate relations, career services, and major and planned giving.
