Leslie Harrison to read at Bucknell
The Drew Darrow Memorial Poetry Reading will present Leslie Harrison today in partnership with The Stradler Center for Poetry and Literary Arts, according to a press release.
The free event will take place at 7 p.m. at Bucknell Hall.
Harrison is the author of three books of poetry, most recently “Reck (2023).” Harrison’s “The Book of Endings (2017)” was a finalist for the National Book Award and “Displacement (2009)” won the Bakeless Prize in Poetry. A former Philip Roth Resident at Bucknell, Harrison was a 2011 Endowment for the Arts Fellow in Literature, the release said.
The Stradler Center hosts an annual writers series in association with the residences and programs.
