Montoursville Area High School recognized their Students of the Month for February. Jordyn Brezan and James Kehrer are the Warrensville Lions Club Students of the Month, and Ariella Bachman and Gavin Cott are the Montoursville Lions Club Students of the Month.

Jordyn Brezan, daughter of Carol and John Brezan, is a member of the cheerleading squad, National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, Key Club, Future Farmers of America, Spanish Club and student government. She also volunteers at the SPCA and is part of the Warrior Pal Program. After graduation, Brezan plans to attend a four-year university to obtain a degree in animal science and to continue on to veterinary school to obtain her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine license.

James Kehrer, son of Ann and Brett Kehrer, is a member of the physics club and on the boys’ tennis team. He is also a member of the Heilman Community Church and the Central PA Tennis Center. After graduation, Kehrer plans to attend college to study computer science.

Ariella Bachman, daughter of Aimee and Cobi Bachman, is vice president of the National English Honor Society and a member of National Honor Society, Key Club, book club and student government. She participates in Wreaths Across America, Blessing Box program, Santa Letters program, food drives and food packing for families in the area. After graduation, Bachman plans to attend Arcadia for a three-year bachelor’s degree program in psychology.

Gavin Cott, son of Dawn and Jason Cott, is captain of the soccer team and also plays on the basketball team. After graduation, Cott plans to attend Penn College to study electrical construction.
