Kathryn has been on high honor roll every semester of her high school career to date and currently has a 4.0 GPA. She is a member of National Honor Society, Spanish Club, Student Council, Biomed Club and Interact Club.

She has also served as S.A.D.D. club secretary and Prom Committee president.

Outside of school, Kathryn volunteers by helping at church dinners, helping with Little Lancer basketball and softball camps and helping work with elementary students.

She also enjoys hiking and hanging out with her friends.

After high school, Kathryn plans to attend Bloomsburg University for marketing.

Congratulations also are in order for Maria Blas, daughter of Mary Ann and Alfredo Blas, for being named student of the month by the Music Department.

Maria has been on High Honor Roll every semester of her high school career to date and currently has a 4.0 GPA. She is also a member of the National Honor Society, Knight Music, a PMEA participant and is the president of the International Thespian Society.

Outside of school, Maria also participates in productions at the Community Theater League. In addition to musical theater, she also regularly volunteers at her church by playing in the Praise Band.

She enjoys singing and playing piano, reading, cooking, baking and hanging out with her friends.

Maria plans to attend Slippery Rock in the fall to study musical theater.
