Jersey Shore native receives Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine white coat

SCRANTON — Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine held its 16th annual White Coat Ceremony for the Class of 2028 on Aug. 3 at the Theater at North in Scranton. Cade Neal of Jersey Shore was among the future doctors receiving a coat. The Class of 2028 participated in a ceremony held in common with virtually every other medical school in the nation. Williamsport’s Port Habalar earns D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award at Kutztown University

KUTZTOWN — Kutztown University athletics recorded a new department high as 133 student-athletes earned Division 2 Athletic Directors Association (D2 ADA) Academic Achievement Award status, including Port Habalar, of Williamsport.
