Each year, the Lycoming Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution presents commencement awards to area high school seniors with the highest average in American History. The Anne Perley American history award goes to a senior at Williamsport Area High School, honoring the chapter’s 4th Regent Anne Perley from Williamsport, who was also a State Regent, and a Vice President General at the national level of the society. LOCK HAVEN — Fifty-six alumni-brothers of the Kappa Delta Rho (KDR) fraternity returned to Commonwealth University-Lock Haven from June 2-3, raising $7,400 for the Kappa Delta Rho Alpha-Alpha Scholarship during their KDR Alumni Weekend. The event, attended by recent 2023 KDR alumni to the Class of 1969, serves as a fun-filled annual reunion for the group.
