LOCK HAVEN — Commonwealth University-Lock Haven's Department of Exceptionality Programs and Council for Exceptional Children student group will host the 19th annual Kent's Fest celebration on Friday, April 21, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the East Campus Gymnasium. Graduating Lycoming College students will display their final thesis work in an exhibit held at the Lycoming College Art Gallery, running from Friday through May 13.
