LOCK HAVEN — Commonwealth University police departments at Lock Haven, Bloomsburg, and Mansfield recently held Thanksgiving Food for Fines events, in which parking tickets were forgiven in exchange for donated food items At Lock Haven, approximately 40 campus parking tickets were forgiven in exchange for donated food items.
