Dr. Jeffrey C. Fetter, a Williamsport high school graduate now working in New Hampshire, was recently awarded by the Psychiatric Society of New Hampshire for his leadership in service of the mentally ill. The son of Ophelia Fetter, Dr. Fetter is chief medical officer at New Hampshire Hospital and represents the field of psychiatry in the New Hampshire Medical Society.
