UPMC offers grief support groups to help community members get through difficult times. While grief is a normal part of life, it may help to meet with others experiencing similar feelings and these meetings are facilitated by specialists trained in grief support.

Grief support group meetings will occur at the following times and locations:

• Second and Fourth Wednesdays, 6 to 7:30 p.m., UPMC Williamsport Divine Providence Campus, 1100 Grampian Blvd., 570-326-8952

• Wednesdays, 10 to 11 a.m., UPMC Community Life Center — YMCA, 641 Walnut St., 570-326-8952

• Second and Fourth Tuesday evenings, Heartworks Grief Support Groups for Children, ages 4 to 18 and their families, pre-registration required, 570-320-7691

All participants should be fully masked and maintain physical distance, regardless of vaccination status.
