UPMC Williamsport Family Medicine Residency doctor's Dana Kirschner, D.O., program director, and Enoch Tse, M.D., assistant director, were recently named to Pennsylvania Medical Society's 2025 Top Physicians Under 40 list.

This year's Pennsylvania Medical Society Top Physicians Under 40 recipients were nominated by colleagues and selected by a committee of Pennsylvania Medical Society member physicians.

Only 23 doctors were recognized statewide for this honor with Kirschner and Tse as the only two physicians from Lycoming and other surrounding counties.

"It's incredibly encouraging to see two of our own UPMC Family Medicine Residency physicians recognized. Their passion, clinical excellence, and commitment to patient-centered care are exactly what we need to lead the future of health care," said Vijay Singh, M.D., vice president, Medical Affairs, UPMC in North Central Pa. "We're proud to support such accomplished young leaders who are shaping the next generation of medicine with integrity and innovation."

Kirschner specializes in family medicine and obstetrics and has been the UPMC Williamsport Family Medicine Residency program director since 2023. She received her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, Stratford, N.J., and completed her residency at UPMC Williamsport Family Medicine Residency.

Tse specializes in family medicine and his professional interests include practice management and evidence-informed medicine. He received his medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, Philadelphia, and completed his residency at UPMC Williamsport Family Medicine Residency.
