UPMC abuzz with joy for Mother’s Day
Newborns at The Birthplace at UPMC Williamsport, a UPMC Magee-Womens facility, buzzed with cuteness, highlighting the joy of welcoming bee-utiful new beginnings and honoring moms this Mother’s Day season.
The babies received special UPMC Magee-Womens onesies and handcrafted bee hats, crocheted by volunteers as part of the “Sweet as Can Bee” celebration. Staff also got to participate with matching T-shirts.
The initiative is part of a systemwide Mother’s Day celebration across UPMC Magee-Womens locations.
